Key mechanical features carried over from the two-player version include: • The “auto-rotating coin-firing mechanism,” which emulates Spider-Man’s web-shooting gesture. Using a simple one-button activation, the firing feature enhances gameplay to launch coins in quick succession. The player times their shots to strike the illuminated targets. • The “rapid auto shot event” that releases up to 45 coins in a 15-second interval (default), with adjustable time settings allowing for 30 to 90 bonus shots. • The “Big Ball drop armature,” which pivots left to drop red balls onto the playfield. However, there are a few differences. To accommodate the one-player’s compacted package, the Spider Sense gauge and Super Spin game that are present in the two-player version have been omitted.
